Chairman, Senate Committee on Local Content, investigating local content elements on Egina Oil field, Senator Solomon Adeola, APC, Lagos West, while summoning the Chief Executive Officer of BP oil limited, Mr. Robert Dudley, said the summon became imperative following complaints from a Nigerian firm, Alsaa Gas and Shipping Nigeria Limited, AGSN, on a $3.3 billion pre-financing crude oil contract, a probable infraction of the NOGICD Act 2010 and possible fraudulent acts against a Nigerian firm might have occurred. Official: Lithuanian Club FK Palanga Snap Up Youngest Nigerian Player At 2010 World

Through official channels, Lithuanian top-flight club FK Palanga have announced the signing of Nigeria international Lukman Haruna on undisclosed terms.
The attacking midfielder had been unemployed since he severed all ties with Dynamo Kiev in January 2017.
Haruna later tried his luck with Vardar Skopje (Macedonia), Lens (France) and Odense BK (Denmark) but nothing came out of the tests.
The 27-year-old began his professional career with Monaco, followed by spells at Dynamo Kyiv, Hoverla, Anzhi and FC Astana. Read more
